Orders placed on Fiverr
Our packages and custom offers are ordered through Fiverr. Refunds, cancellations and disputes for those orders are handled through Fiverr’s Resolution Center under Fiverr’s Terms of Service. We can’t issue refunds for Fiverr orders through this website.
Before you order
To avoid surprises, read the package description and the service page carefully, and message us before ordering if anything is unclear. We’re happy to confirm what a package includes, what we need from you and how long it will take.
If something isn’t right
If you’re not happy with a delivery, message us on Fiverr first. Tell us what you expected and what is missing, and we will work with you to put it right, including through the revisions included in your package. If we can’t resolve it, you can use Fiverr’s Resolution Center to request a cancellation.
Results-based expectations
Because search engines, AI platforms and marketplaces decide what they show, results such as rankings, citations or sales are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund on their own. Our service pages explain what each package delivers.
Advertising budgets
For Meta ads and Amazon PPC, your advertising budget is paid directly to Meta or Amazon and is not part of our package price. We can’t refund advertising spend charged by those platforms.
