Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 23 October 2026

We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Pages can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link.
  • Headings, landmarks and labels are structured so screen readers can navigate the content.
  • Text and controls are designed with sufficient colour contrast.
  • Images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animations, including the scrolling list of tools, stop or become static if your device is set to reduce motion, and the tools list can also be paused.
  • Videos and maps load only when you choose to show them.
  • Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and do not rely on colour alone.

Known limitations

  • PDF documents. Our case-study PDFs are designed for reading and printing and may not be fully accessible to every screen reader. The same information is available as a web page for each case study.
  • Screenshots in case studies. Screenshots of third-party reports are images; we describe the key figures in the text and captions.
  • Third-party content. Linked services such as Fiverr, LinkedIn and Google have their own accessibility standards.

Feedback

If you find part of the website difficult to use, or need information in a different format, contact us and tell us the page and the problem. We will try to fix it or provide the information another way.
