This website is operated by Rank Roots, a digital marketing agency providing SEO, AI search visibility, link building, Meta advertising and Amazon PPC services. Most of our services are ordered through our agency profile on Fiverr.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, website, the service you are interested in, your target market, budget range, objectives and message. We also record the date you gave consent and the page you sent the form from.
We use this information to reply to you, understand your project and, if you go ahead, prepare a recommendation or offer. We process it because you asked us to contact you and, where required, with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form.
How we store inquiries
Inquiries are stored in our website’s secure dashboard and sent to us by email. Only people working at Rank Roots who need them to reply to you can see them. We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any project that follows, and we delete inquiries that are no longer needed.
Information collected automatically
- Security and abuse prevention. To stop spam, the contact form and the free SEO tools use a short-lived, anonymised record based on your IP address to limit how many requests can be sent in a short time. It expires automatically within minutes.
- Free SEO tools. When you use a tool that checks a web page, our server fetches that public page. Results are kept for up to 10 minutes so repeated checks load quickly. We don’t store the text you paste into the in-browser tools.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance.
Cookies and analytics
This site only uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. If analytics are switched on, they are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Orders on Fiverr
If you order through Fiverr, Fiverr processes your account, payment and order details under its own privacy policy, and our communication about the order takes place on Fiverr. Orders placed through Fiverr are contracts made on the Fiverr platform and are governed by Fiverr’s Terms of Service, including its payment, revision, cancellation and dispute processes. This website is operated by Rank Roots and is not operated, endorsed or controlled by Fiverr.
Who we share information with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and reply to you, such as our web hosting and email providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
